Privacy Policy

Effective August 31, 2026

The short version: Numen has no accounts, shows no ads, and never sells data. Your name and birth date stay on your device. When you ask for a personalized reading, our server receives only a few reduced numbers and your first name — never your full birth date, and never your full name, email, or Apple ID.

What stays on your device

• Your birth name, birth date, saved circle, and readings are stored on your device.
• Optionally, you can let this data sync through your own private iCloud (Apple's key-value store) so it follows you to a new device. It travels inside your Apple account end-to-end; we never see it. Turning off iCloud for the app stops this.
• The morning forecast is a local notification — it never leaves your device.

What our server receives

Only when you generate a personalized reading or use Ask Numen, our server (Cloudflare Workers) processes:

• Reduced numerology numbers (e.g. your Life Path number), your chosen focus area, a vocabulary preference, and your first name — used to write the reading. We do not send your full birth date or your full birth name.
• A random install identifier (a UUID created in the app, not tied to you) used solely to apply daily free-usage limits. It resets if you reinstall.
• A device attestation token (Apple App Attest) proving the request comes from the genuine app, and — for Numen Plus — a purchase entitlement signature issued by Apple. Neither contains your name, email, or Apple ID.
• Standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

We collect nothing else: no email, no contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics SDKs.

Sharing

Share cards are created and leave your device only when you choose to share them. They contain only what is shown on the card.

Purchases

Numen Plus is processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.

Children

Numen is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device. To also remove the iCloud copy, delete Numen's data from iCloud in your device settings. Because we hold no account about you, there is nothing server-side to delete beyond short-lived technical logs and anonymous usage counters. Questions or requests: contact@imaigination.art.
