Common questions

• Restore Numen Plus: You tab isn't where it lives — open any Plus feature and tap "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple account you bought it with.
• Reading limits: the free tier includes your full chart and a daily forecast; Numen Plus adds personalized deep readings, Ask Numen, and full compatibility (fair use applies).
• Change or turn off the morning forecast: You tab → Notifications.
• Move my chart to a new phone: if iCloud is on for Numen, your profile and circle follow you automatically. See the Privacy Policy.
• My numbers look wrong: tap "How we got this" under any reading to see the exact calculation. Numerology letter values are defined for the Latin alphabet — enter your name in Latin letters for an accurate chart.
